How do i deal with depression and anxiety in college?

i was diagnosed with depression and anxiety last month. so far i have been dealing with it until today. i was taking my final when my student teacher accused me of cheating. when i told her i wasn't she snatch my paper and threw it on her desk. she never gave me a chance to defend myself. shocked i got up and went to my room to call my dean. i talked to her and she told me to make a statement and we will deal with it from there. my issue is i have really bad anxiety when it comes to defending myself. i tend to shake uncontrollably, my voice sounds like im going to cry, and i fight back tears. i was wondering how do i defend myself in front of my teacher and dean and let them know that this student teacher was targeting me. p.s i wasn't cheating, you can compare the written tests (not multiple choice) and she that i wasn't.How do i deal with depression and anxiety in college?
put your faith in Jesus and trust in him. pray to him and he will help you. trust me it works.. :)How do i deal with depression and anxiety in college?
practice your defense with a friend, have your friend agressively talk you down saying you are lying just to know what to expect by experiencing it first.

similar in chess, look at teacher and the dean's moves

1. do they have anything against you? did they see you look at another's paper. is there a presidence where in you have been you have been charged of academic misconduct?

2. write down a non confronting reply, try to be logical. defense is not about feelings, its about the facts. if they dont have proof, then try not appear guilty. you mentioned it was a written test, then get approval from ';cheated on'; person and support from the student governing body and school counsellor that a formal comparison be made (if it becomes really a big issue)

maybe, you just need to hear out the teacher, a neck twist was taken for a neighboor look.

alway remember, you didnt do anything wrong. believe in yourself. deans and teachers are just people, they are not almighty.
Depression is a state of the mind and the state of your mind depends on your thought pattern and how you perceive the world around you. It is the reason an event happens to one person and he laughs it off and it happens to another and its a totally different response.

My point is this has to do with your personality and your perception. You have to understand that nothing can happen to you unless you allow it. Nelson Mandela was in prison for 27years but he still became a president. Why? He did not allow the outside happenings mess with his mind.

Your mind is your greatest asset. What matters is not how you prove to your teacher or dean but your confidence should come from the fact that you are not a cheat and you should be bold to stand for what you believe in.

Its a crazy world out there, yes. But just pray about it and let God take care of the rest. There so much in life to enjoy than to let trivial things take your peace from you. A week from no, you'd have forgotten about it. Be Strong! Be Bold! Its in you!
I'm not a doctor, but people seem to take one SSRI to control both.

Then run 4 times a week meditate, sleep and eat well.

Good luck.Oh yeah, there are ways to deal with anxiety,

its easy but takes practice.

Remember to breathe!!
Just tell the truth- and keep in mind that no matter what everyone else may end up thinking, YOU know who is right and it's their problem if they are too ignorant to see it themselves. Also keep in mind that you are a gazillion times more mature than the student teacher, even though they probably have their own stressors that cause them to feel the need to target you. The immaturity stems from their lack of self control. Whatever you do, don't let them make you feel like this is your problem, especially when you did nothing wrong (as you know). It also helps to smile a lot. This scares the crap out of them. Good luck!
