How do you deal with cheating..?

Well, I cheated, but long time ago?, but then I found out in her myspace page, that she got with this girl, who she know that I didnt like at all..She gave me her password and email to look fix her profile, and she erased her messages..But I looked in her trash, and she had messages with the girl that I dont like. I read everything and it turned out that she had cheated on me, with her since the summer. And we were together since the beggining of this year..So, I know I did my part, but I wouldn't call it technically cheating when I just went out my my old friend from my old high school and we didnt do anything but talked about our past relationship. And I asked her so many times, if she had something to do with the other girl that i didnt like, and she always said no...So, I guess she thought that I wouldn't find out..Please help!How do you deal with cheating..?
