How to deal with a cheat ?

at the work place we all acquaint with cheats. those who are sugar n spice in front of you, but behind your backs they vomit their venom on anybody. How to deal with a cheat ?
You are not in isolation, as it ia general problem, especially if you are in competitve life. Your sucess could be your biggest weakpoint, as it fuels their hatred and that is why it is better to keep discrete distance from all such characters and not to reveal your pesonal matters/plans.How to deal with a cheat ?
you set them up for a fall.it may take time and planning but you can do it.set up some secnars u know what i mean ..set up some unreal situation this person will think are real.by the time they realize how they finally been found out by everyone..it will stop..
I dont....
Like you I have also suffered but now....learned to cope up with the venum.

But dont show your back to them to stab there.
Ignore them, they're not worth you time!
kill them with kindness, makes them wonder.
don't do a holly Sweeney 13 and Stephanie quesnoy 12 both of daly middle school in lakeview Oregon will you, they got 12 years trying to get their own back on cheats.
Wow, how poetic.
';Be wise as serpents, but harmless as doves.'; -Christ

Gandhi followed this way, and was very successful considering the circumstances, different way have been tried by many, but with much less success. If you get upset with them you may start behaving as they do, because your thoughts would be dwelling on what they've done, rather than, what you should do.

Hold others accountable, but do not dwell, or be upset.
Smile sweetly but watch your back. Two can play their games!

Never volunteer any information that can be used against you. Always be kind and courteous so they don't have anything to spread on you. Be wise when in a group and they are talking about someone else. Never say anything derogatory about that person.

I keep my nose on my face at work. I don't really associate with the others and I don't talk about my personal life with anyone. I figure the less they know, the better it is for me!!

I am friendly and I smile. I try to talk about their lives even if I am not interested. I ask a lot of questions and nod and smile. I guess this makes me a fake, however I have been in a work environment where all I dealt with was back stabbing women. It makes for a miserable day. Once I quit that department, I vowed never to let myself get too friendly with anyone. Have you ever heard of the saying, never let your right hand know what your left hand is doing?? Well it's true. Plain and simple, the less people know about you, the more they make up.....but it's a whole lot easier to deal with a pretend world than to have your dirty laundry spread all through the hospital---errrr, work place!!

My life experience!!
Don't stoop to there level or anything. Kill them with kindness it will piss them off so bad. You should hint to them that you know ';how they really are'; and just go with it, act normal. soon you will be able to see the steam coming from there ears they will be so mad that your not reacting to them!! good luck
just dont mind them! dont step down to their levels!
Just be ready for it!
u cheat yourself
In my experience, the answer is to befriend your boss. Make them LOVE you. Do everything they ask without questionning, then run crying to them when your colleagues upset you.

Making yourself indispensable in the workplace, and sucking up to the correct people, is the only way to gain power over these cheats.
wow! i can't believe all the wuss answers i'm reading. dude, you got a kitchen, don't you? go in there, find the biggest freaking knife you got, take it to work.

THEN

when they find the knife and security has to escort you from the building, the rumors will circulate that you were coming in to start a fight, and the office cheat will know you were out to get them. then, they'll feel bad and stop their assinine ways, and all that happened to you was 2 weeks unpaid vacation! live it up and have a margarita on me, bubba!
